Late Check Out may be scheduled through the Rental Office and will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per hour fee.
Reservations can be made and will be confirmed with a deposit of a $100.00 payment. Balance of account is due upon check in.
Only Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa or MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Reservation changes/cancellations will incur a $50.00 Administrative Fee if made 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of reservation or cancellation without 14 days notice of the original arrival date. Monthly cancellations require a thirty (30) day notice.

Rates do not include a 12% Hospitality/Sales taxe and linen set-up/housekeeping fee.
All units are charged a one-time initial linen/housekeeping fee. The fee for a one-bedroom unit is $35.00. The fee for a two-bedroom unit is $55.00. Additional Linen Packages can be purchased from the rental office. Linen Package includes four towels, four washcloths, one kitchen towel and one bathmat. The cost of each package is $15.00.
Each unit is inspected for damages and cleaned before your arrival. Please report any deficiencies immediately to the Rental Office.
Each unit is inspected after each departure for any damage or missing inventory items. Please report any accidental damage or breakage to the Rental Office.
No towels, blankets or linens are to be removed from the unit. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest account.
